Bespoke Garden room

Wishing to add a connecting living area between the kitchen-dining room and garden, the orangery was designed to add a light and airy space to the period property.

The beautifully designed garden room comprised of traditional sash windows and French doors with a large pitched skylight roof.  The tiled floor seamlessly joined the original dining room to the new extension and was fitted with underfloor heating.

During the 12 week project, building work on the new extension was kept separated from the main house to minimize disturbance; the two spaces were finally joined in the final cut through at the end of the project.
